Handmade home goods!

The Factory

This home goods store is super funky and all their products are handmade! If you get to shop in store, you’ll see amazing art installations and they even give you free matcha in a lightbulb! They have both big ticket items (coffee tables, couches, etc) and smaller items (stationary, mugs, etc) to choose from! Everything is unique.

Classic movies drawn on t-shirts!

Paper8

If you’re into movies at all, you’ll love this spot! This artist, Matthew Warren, draws all of these awesome (classic movie) designs by hand and puts them onto t-shirts, sweatshirts, masks, pillow cases, you name it! This is the perfect place to find something for your movie buff friend!

Drive in movie tickets!

Rooftop Cinema Club

The Rooftop Cinema Club usually takes place on a rooftop on Sunset Blvd but with covid restrictions, they have just transitioned to a drive-in venue at the Santa Monica Airport! They offer all types of contact-free snacks and beverages on site! You can buy tickets online to take someone to their fav film as their gift this year!

LGBTQ inspired trinkets!

Otherwild Goods & Services

This store is filled with trinkets, art, clothing and other gift options that are LGBTQ inspired! Help show and share your pride this holiday season by buying some great stocking stuffers for your friends and fam! They have a lot of their products available online for purchase if you’re only shopping from home!

Vintage finds!

American Rebel

This Mens and Women’s vintage shop is located right on Melrose, Ave and is THE spot for finding one of a kind clothing items! From retro shirts to old school dresses, leather jackets and studded boots, you’re guaranteed to find something unique here! Their items come and go quickly so make sure to grab an item if you like it ASAP!

Books, books and more books!

Owl Bureau

Owl bureau is a bookstore that usually hosts a lot of events but also houses a creative studio inside as well! Since they’re unable to host event right now, they’ve been transforming their space into other socially distant friendly spaces, like a voter registration spot when the election was going on. As you can imagine, they have books on everything! Wether you’re looking for a hobby book, love story or cook book, they’ll have it all here!

Eco friendly, reusable products of all sorts!

R(eco)ntained

This LA based store focuses first and foremost on making their products eco-friendly! They make reusable containers that hold all sorts of cruelty-free products and zero waste utensils, jewelry and house hold goods! A huge added bonus is that their stuff is actually really cute too!

Body butter, soap and scrubs!

Body Butter Lady

One of our interns discovered this hidden gem shop in LA when she was exploring cool Black-Owned businesses in her area! The founder is Marianne Ndiaye, a Senegalese Entrepreneur who takes pride on using only Organic Fair Trade soap and shea butter from Ghana and Mali! The “body butter ladies” make almost all their products in store and each one has a fantastic, unique smell!

Ceremonial matcha powder!

Cha Cha Matcha

You’re looking at one of the trendiest places in LA, Cha Cha Matcha! We all know they serve super cute matcha lattes, ice creams and pastries in store but did you know they also sell their tasty ceremonial matcha powder too? You can find their powder, merch, canned iced teas and more for purchase in store and online!

Luca

Luca sells non-toxic and sustainable home, body, baby and pet care! They have necessity items like soaps and kitchen ware but also fun added touches like candles, bubble baths and pottery! Another great shop to be environmentally friendly at and find some amazing products!
